Godavari Pushkaralu 2027

01Welcome to East Godavari

Andhra Pradesh’s cultural capital

Rajamahendravaram, still Rajahmundry to most, sits where the Godavari runs wide as a sea. It is the city of Nannaya, who began the Telugu Mahabharatam here a thousand years ago, and of the evening harathi on its ghats. In 2027 the Pushkaralu bring millions here to bathe.
